By accessing our website, exploring our catalog, or purchasing our bespoke LED mirrors, customized acrylic/metal name plates, designer bathroom vanities, and hardware accessories, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
2. Bespoke Orders & Digital Mockup Approval
Reflections RMall specializes in customized luxury home decor. Please note the following critical terms governing custom orders:
- Design Verification: For customized name plates and bespoke mirror dimensions, our design studio shares a detailed digital mockup via WhatsApp or Email prior to production.
- Customer Sign-off: Once the customer approves the digital proof, manufacturing begins immediately. Due to the personalized nature of laser cutting and glass beveling, design parameters, spelling, or dimensions cannot be altered post-approval.
- Precision Standards: While our artisans maintain tight architectural tolerances (+/- 2mm), slight natural variations in grain, LED color temperature perception across screens, and metallic finish textures are inherent to handcrafted studio production.
3. Pricing, Billing & GST
All prices listed on www.rmall.in are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify pricing, promotional offers, or shipping rates at our discretion without prior notice. Oversized bespoke mirrors requiring special dedicated freight may incur additional crating charges, which will be explicitly communicated prior to checkout.
4. Transit Risk & Damage Replacement Guarantee
We take immense pride in our signature 5-layer protective wooden crating. Reflections RMall assumes full responsibility for safe transit until the crate reaches your delivery address. However, to claim our **100% Free Transit Damage Replacement**, customers MUST record a continuous, unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All product designs, photographs, architectural layouts, text content, logos, and digital graphics hosted on www.rmall.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Reflections RMall. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or commercial distribution of our studio imagery is strictly prohibited under applicable copyright laws.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
